The terms that apply when you use SavingPort.
SavingPort is operated by Pixigen Ltd, trading as SavingPort.
These terms govern access to and use of the SavingPort website. By using the website, visitors agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Visitors who do not agree should stop using the website.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under UK consumer or other applicable law.
SavingPort is an information and deals-publishing service. We find, check and curate selected deals, discounts, voucher information and other savings from third-party retailers. SavingPort does not sell, supply, fulfil or deliver the products and services shown, process retailer payments or control retailer customer service.
A purchase or other transaction is made directly with the relevant retailer. Visitors should check the retailer’s final price, eligibility requirements, stock, product details, delivery charges, exclusions and offer terms before purchasing.
We aim to present selected offers clearly and keep important information reasonably current. Deals can change, expire, sell out, become unavailable or contain retailer errors without notice. A price or saving shown on SavingPort is not a guarantee that the offer remains available.
Visitors should always confirm current information on the retailer’s website. We do not promise that a featured deal is the cheapest, best or only offer available.
SavingPort currently uses ordinary retailer links and does not receive commission from them. Some links may become affiliate links in future. When a qualifying purchase or action may generate commission, the commercial relationship will be identified where required and explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.
The SavingPort name, branding, original editorial content, design and website materials are owned by or licensed to Pixigen Ltd unless stated otherwise. Retailer names, logos, product information and images belong to their respective owners. Visitors may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Links to retailers and other third parties are provided for convenience and deal discovery. SavingPort does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or performance.
SavingPort does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that statement, SavingPort is not responsible for losses caused by a retailer, an expired or changed offer, reliance on information not verified with the retailer, third-party websites or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights against the retailer responsible for a purchase.
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website, correct errors, update deal information, remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in courts available to them under applicable law.
